I decided to write my blog using WordPress.com. I found that this site was quite easy to use and I was able to edit things the way I wanted.
I chose one of the templates and added my own header,
I placed different Widgets on the page,
I created different pages within my blog so I could spread things out better
Overall I think wordpress has been a good site for me to use for my weekly blogs.

So a couple of days ago my computer started randomly turning off and at first it didn’t really bother me as it only did it occasionally but soon it started doing it after only being on for about 10 minutes. I started to get quite pissed off and slightly worried when it wouldn’t stay on for more than 10 minutes at a time. My dad told me that there might be a software problem, so i might of had a virus or something. This really started to worry me as i hadn’t backed up my computer and i had lots of important uni files on there (or was it the fact that i hadn’t gotten my photo’s off i can’t quite remember.) anyways i finally decided to take it to a shop and they said within the next day they would figure it out, and sure enough the next day at about 1pm i got a call and $100 all fixed…
brilliant. . . .
OK so i’ve started my assignment and its going 36 hours without sleep. I started this morning at 8:00 and have been going for 2 hours now. . . and am completely bored, why are there so many hours in a day i wonder. . . there never seemed to be when i used to get up at 11 every day.
I have now found that when not having a computer I become so bored (the ultimate form of procrastination) that I have cleaned my whole room. . even washed my dishes. . Finally I am now able to scab my friends computer and check facebook as I’ve only checked it once today and quite frankly am not coping very well. JKs. . but seriously
Am also hoping that my computer will be fixed tomorrow as I need it desperately to do work or will keep procrastinating and will not do any work ever and these 6 assignments due next week will never get done, I will fail all my subjects and will therefore fail my degree which means i will go no where and end up as a check out chick…. i may be slightly exaggerating but who knows. . .
My poor laptop is in the shop today as it is truly stuffing up…. keeps switching off on me. so I now have to wait to see what they say. . I am also hoping that they do not swipe my system as I have lots of stuff on their that I have not backed up as when i tried to it turned off on me. . 
will keep you updated with the goings on of my situation.
Omg so I’ve been trying to do this form for the past 3 weeks or something, but with no luck. . . . until today that is. . SUCCESS ! ! !
so basically the site is now pretty much completed however in checking through it i found out that i have forgotten to upload a couple of pages, but not to worry should be done soon. . .
So I have recently discovered the life of twitter. and as i’ve been on the facebook gravy train for a while so i’m not quite ready to dive all the way in with this. . . but i have found quite a lot of fun people to Follow. . . i don’t really “Tweet” much but I am getting more into the habit of it
So my friend showed me this You Tube Video of Carl Stefanovic from the Today show on Channel Nine after the Logies night, he went on air pretty much straight after the event still drunk from the night before. . . it was classic…. take a look
So for another subject i’m doing we have to, in groups, write, film and edit a 7 minute video displaying a certain genre. . .
my group choose horror… awesome right, and as we were unable to find enough actors to play the wonderful roles we wrote i was thrown into the acting role… I play the best friend Pam who ultimately dies . . . surprise surprise but i’m not giving too much away cause what kind of horror would it be if we didn’t have a twist ending…..
